01

As Lead Project and Design Consultant for the Mamre Road and Bakers Lane Upgrade, MU Group delivered concept, detailed and AFC design, WAD administration, environmental assessment, drainage design, utility coordination, stakeholder engagement and construction support for a major State Significant Development (SSD). The project formed part of the staged upgrade of Mamre Road from a two-lane rural arterial to a four-lane corridor designed to accommodate the rapid growth of industrial and logistics development across the precinct.

02

The project included the delivery of the first major Mamre Road widening project to be designed, constructed and opened to traffic, comprising a significant carriageway duplication and upgrade of the Bakers Lane signalised intersection. MU Group subsequently delivered design for the next stage of the corridor upgrade, including road widening works, bridge structures over WaterNSW’s Warragamba Pipelines and access infrastructure for adjoining developments.

03

A distinguishing feature of MU Group’s involvement has been its corridor-wide experience across multiple developments and access upgrades within the precinct. Working closely with TfNSW, WaterNSW, utility authorities, developers and approval agencies, our team has resolved complex constraints associated with major utilities, future transport initiatives, sensitive pipeline infrastructure and staged precinct development.

This corridor-wide experience has enabled MU Group to develop practical, future-focused solutions that support both individual developments and the broader planned growth of the Mamre Road Precinct.
